A Baileigh hydraulic box and pan brake uses a heavy-duty industrial grade hydraulic system to lift the bottom apron, thus making the bending operation easy for the operator.  Each bending machine has a manual and automatic mode for bending so the operator can be in full control or switch over to a production mode when the machine is fully set up.  There is an angle programming devise that allows this machine to automatically stop at the desired angle before descent of the apron.

Our hydraulic finger brake lineup is built with heavy duty plate steel that is electro welded to a solid framework.  Heavy-duty trusses on the top beam and bottom apron offer further support to allow for bends at full capacity with no deflection across the entire width of the machine.  Hardened adjustable fingers allow the operator to easily create most types of boxes or pans with ease.
