Mandrel Benders

The NC mandrel Benders use a numerical controller that stores the called upon program and controls the bender functions and bend angles for that specific program. With NC machines there is some operator input required, like moving the tubing to the next bend location and rotating the bend to the next plane of bend angle required. It is however, extremely accurate to .1 degree and being NC costs less upfront money than CNC. An NC mandrel exhaust bender is perfect for producing turbo, air intakes, headers, exhaust and chassis for race cars, marine, or for out fitting semi trucks.

The CNC mandrel bender line uses a computer controller coupled to hydraulics and servo motors that controls the entire bend process once the tube is put on the machine. We offer mandrel Benders with multiple axis and roll bending features for larger sweeping bends that would be apparent in furniture. We offer a CNC mandrels for most applications up to 8-1/2" OD. Our tube bending equipment can bend as tight as 1/2 the diameter for certain applications.
