Cold Saws

The Baileigh Industrial manual cold saws have machines with blade diameters ranging from 9” to 14”.  Throughout the line we offer many different options depending on your needs, anything from a portable bench top unit to a full production industrial grade cold saw with a pneumatic vice.

If you need more production from your saw then look at the semi-automatic line up.  These great cold saws have blades ranging from 10.5” to 16.5”.  The nice thing about semi-automatic cold saws is the since the vice decent is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder, blade life is increased and operator fatigue is decreased.

When full blow production cutting is need, then the automatic line of Baileigh Industrial cold saws is where you should look.  These mammoth machines will make quick work of even the most difficult jobs and ask for more.  Just set your cut length, number of pieces to be cut, and hit the start button.  It is that easy, the Baileigh Industrial CS-70NC even has a cart to haul away the cut pieces.
