Powered by 220V three phase the BS-330A has the power to cut just about any thing that you throw in its way, but is as easy to operate as a manual saw.  The BS-330A has a well thought out control panel that is clearly labeled for each individual operation of the saw and the PLC controller walks you step by step through the programming.  This panel controls every function of the saw, including the automatic mode, which will feed your material to the proper length every time.  The length is set by the PLC and an encoder reads the measurements to ensure accurate cutting length every time.  For even more convenience, the operator control panel is removable to give the operator more room to work if needed.

The BS-330A also has a manual bundling system to lock down the bundle being cut so the multiples of bar stock won’t separate as hydraulic pressure is applied by the automatic feed system.  Other features of the BS-330A are a powerful halogen light, industrial grade hydraulics, coolant system, and a convenient slide out chip tray instead of a lift up type that can be cumbersome and messy to remove.
